Services

Freshroot Garden Care provides gardening and landscaping services for residential properties in Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to:

• Lawn care and maintenance
• Garden design and planting
• Hedge and shrub trimming
• Seasonal yard cleanup
• Irrigation checkups
• Property maintenance

All services are subject to availability and are provided based on property assessment and specific conditions.

Service Agreement

When you request our services, a service agreement will be established based on:

• Property evaluation and assessment
• Scope of work required
• Service frequency and schedule
• Pricing based on property conditions

All service recommendations and pricing are provided after property assessment and may vary depending on site conditions, property size, and specific requirements.

Payment Terms

Pricing

Service pricing is based on property evaluation and the scope of work required. Final pricing will be provided in your service agreement.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and electronic payments. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

Late Payment

Late payments may result in suspension of services. Additional fees may apply for late payments as outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

By Client: You may cancel scheduled services by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

By Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule at the earliest convenience.

Service Termination: Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with written notice as specified in your service agreement.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for service delivery. This includes:

• Clear access to work areas
• Notification of any hazards or obstacles
• Secure pets during service
• Access to water sources if required

Liability Limitations

Service Results: While we strive to provide quality service, we cannot guarantee specific results. Plant health, lawn condition, and growth patterns depend on many factors including soil quality, weather conditions, water availability, and ongoing maintenance.

Property Damage: We maintain insurance coverage for our operations. In the event of property damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not to exceed the value of services provided.

Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for damage to property that results from pre-existing conditions, hidden obstacles, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

Weather and Force Majeure

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or other events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or public emergencies.

Service Quality

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work to address your concerns and, if necessary, return to correct any issues related to our work.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Freshroot Garden Care and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Privacy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
